Fotograf.de übernimmt Entagged!

Wir freuen uns sehr, bekanntzugeben, dass das Entagged von Fotograf.de, der führenden End-to-End-Workflow- und E-Commerce-Lösung für Fotografen, übernommen wurde. Mit dieser Übernahme beginnt ein spannendes neues Kapitel für uns, da wir unsere Kräfte bündeln, um unseren Kunden ein noch besseres Erlebnis mit neuen Funktionen und verbessertem Support zu bieten.

photokina2014 – we’re here

Every two years, photokina opens it’s doors here in Cologne, Germany. The worlds biggest tradeshow for all things photography starts today. Our booth is set up and ready, you’re very welcome to come visit us: We’re in Hall 4.1, Booth G39, close to Profoto and Sunbounce.

This year we’re not launching a new product of our own, but we’re launching the perfect partner for our Unleashed: The Bad Elf GPS Pro and GPS Pro+. With a great feature set of their own, the combination with our Unleashed gets even better. Read more in our next entry!

CES 2013

The new year is dawning, and with it comes CES and PMA@CES.

This year, we’re bringing a new Unleashed Barcode Edition – finally one that will be available in the US and Canada as well! The current Unleashed Barcode Edition will also be extended by several new features, including a world first: direct wireless RFID scanning for Nikon DSLRs!

Barcode Edition Shop is online

At PMA 2010 foolography presented its Unleashed Barcode Edition and won the DIMA 2010 Innovative Digital Product Award as well as the Pro Photographer Hot Pick and Retailer Hot Pick awards. The Unleashed Barcode Edition enables photographs to wirelessly connect a Barcodes scanner to the camera and save a numeric barcode directly to the EXIF data of your photos. This is a huge time-saver for volume photographers and is the most elegant solution out there, available for the entire current Nikon DSLR lineup! We finally started worldwide sales of the Unleashed Barcode Edition excluding USA and Canada (where we are still resolving a patent issue).

DIMA 2010 Innovative Digital Product Award for foolography

That’s right, we did it again. Our new, wireless direct barcode scanning solution for Nikon DSLRs, the Unleashed – Barcode Edition, won the DIMA 2010 Innovative Digital Product award, which was presented to us at the Sneak Peek Press event of PMA2010.

The Unleashed – Barcode Edition is a by-product of our main product – the Unleashed. However, instead of connecting to a Bluetooth GPS, it connects to a Bluetooth barcode scanner. The photographer scans in a barcode, which is embedded in the EXIF data of all of the following photos, until the next barcode is scanned.

Until now, Direct barcode scanning was only possible with the Fuji S5, which has been discontinued, and no successor was announced. The Unleashed – Barcode Edition enables direct barcode scanning with all high-end Nikon DSLRs – from the D200 and up. On top of that, the setup is entirely wireless.
