Questions regarding shipping
We ship all in-stock products once a week. Status updates for pre-orders can be found here. We always update this site as soon as we receive new information from our suppliers and production partners.

Technical support requests
Please first check our FAQs and video tutorials to see if we’ve already answered your question. If you just received your Unleashed, please follow the instructions outlined on the Getting Started page to alleviate any start-up trouble you may be having.

Depending on the issue, it will also guide you through some troubleshooting steps so we recommend having your camera, Unleashed and phone nearby while filling it out.
